IAF Trainer - Why The Delay

Fri Mar 31, 2006 1:07 am

Its obvious that the Indian Airforce [IAF] Pilots are struggling to cope from Subsonic Aircraft to Supersonic Aircraft from past many years now [The Mig21s speak].Yet there is a long delay in procuring the middle trainer Aircraft so urgently needed for those Young pilots.
Recently "Rang De Basanti" A movie spoke about the same issue.

Hawk! you should know  Wink
Jokes apart, read somewhere that a team of IAF pilots is already in UK undergoing training and the first batch is expected to arrive by the end of this year. Good as long as they are coming.
Will try to find that article.
