Won't happen. It never was about invisibility, it's about smaller threat rings. Reduced threat rings + ALCM = "where did that come from". Dropping off ALCM's from well beyond standoff range is a threat not easily countered.

The B-2 can detect S-400 radar sites still early enough to avoid it, but flying slalom around SAM-sites eats the range ...
