An RAF VC10 Landed At NAS Norfolk Today

Sun Apr 15, 2007 5:37 am

Today I notice a T tail aircraft making a turn for NAS Norfolk, at first I thought it was a MD80 on doing a military charter flight ( which is rare to none) but as the aircraft got closer, I could see it was a VC10. It was not as big as those cargo DC-8 63 and 73 park there today. I think it here because the HMS Ocean is visting NS Norfolk.

PS: On landing, a VC10 is not loud as every body say. An Evergreen 747 classic is louder.
