That only covers the documents and postage. Using $20 = Rs1200 for conversion, $3,333.33 still have to be raised for deposit. Actually these aircraft have been for sale since 2000-2001 but nobody wants a VIP 707 as the conversion cost is higher then the value of the aircraft. There were offers to part out the aircraft about 5-7 years ago but those were not accepted. The C is not stage 3 which rules out flying to any interesting places, hence they really have not much value left in them. With the increasing availabilities of DC-8-62's that would be a better choice anyway.
