I believe this is also enough money to put blended winglets on the 2 C-32Bs as well as the 4 C-32As. The C-32Bs are the "white tails" without markings, and equipped with RR RB-211 engines, the C-32As have the USAF VIP livery and are equipped with PW2040 engines.

The winglets are being installed by Goodyear Aviation at PAE. At least one, and I believe both, C-32As have visited for conversion.

Where did the 2 C-32Bs come from? I know the 4 C-32As are basically a 757-2G4 built specifically for the USAF...so are the B models 2nd hand aircraft assigned permanently to the 89th Airlift Wing?
Regards.

Yes, the C-32Bs were bought second hand. They are usually used by the Sec. of State. There are some places she flies to where having US Military markings is not a good idea.

The C-32Bs are all white, and only the tail number is painted on them.

00-9001 (cn 25494/611) was N987AN before leased to Avianca
02-4452 (cn 25493/523) was N757AV before leased to Asnet

both were (or are?) owned by AnstWW

The have only rarely been spotted lately. Are they still around?

They are operated by the 108th ARW of the New Jersey Air National Guard at McGuire AFB.
