Why Was A Korean Airforce C-130 At BOM [Pic]?

Thu Sep 20, 2007 4:33 pm

Hi ,

I came across this well taken, sort of camouflaged photo of a KE Airforce C-130 Aircraft at BOM,

Any idea what it was doing there?

Could it have been a fuel pit stop on its way to the Gulf?

Any Inputs would be appreciated.

It could have been on its way to Afghanistan or on its way back. Since a date isn't given, it could have also been carrying the hostages that were rescued from the Taliban. But most military flights are usually through DEL.

Looks most likely a Refuelling halt,as in the past too the Type from the same Country has been to BOM.
I may not win often, but I damn well never lose!!! ;)
