C-17 Flying Over Manchester, UK

Fri Jan 13, 2012 6:37 pm

Hi guys,

Don't normally come around these parts but today I photo'd a C-17 flying over Manchester at around 2.30pm and was just wondering where it was off to. It was flying roughly the same direction as the trans-atlantics.

Any ideas?

Thanks guys

My guess it would most likely be RAF or USAF. I am not 100% sure but if it was USAF then it may of come from Ramstein AFB in Germany and heading back to the US.
