John, The aircraft is locked out and basically impounded until October. Nobody can touch our plane for parts...it isn't a CANN bird. The gear retraction problem isn't much of an issue, but they said they had to use the beeper switches to center the gear. When they put the caster switch to center, the # 4 gear didn't return to center. That may be a problem when it comes time to tow it...so it might have to get fixed unless the managed to get it to stay centered. Guess they will find out when it comes time to tow it into fuel cell.

isn't involved. We are still trying to figure out when we can actually start our work on it. Even though we won't own it till October, we were originally told that we could start doing some prep work on it. However, we have heard of some resistance by some guy at the group level that wants to micro-manage everything.
