Status Of An-124-100M-150

There has been a months-long, slow-motion edit war going on Wikipedia that involves the An-124-100M-150. If you are interested in the details, see the history of https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Antonov_An-124 although it's not really relevant to the question.

What exactly is the status of the -150? Information around the 'net is sketchy and mildly contradictory. One of the major features of the -150 over the base models is increased payload, and the issue is its ranking (in terms of size) relative to other large cargo aircraft, in particular the 748F.

Does this aircraft actually exist? And in a form where it can actually lift the advertised 150t? If it exists, has there been more than a single prototype produced? And is that prototype in actual use?

There are repeated mentions that there is a -150 in development, although I've not seen any reference to actual serial production. Even the Antonov site barely mentions the -150 in passing.

OTOH, there exist at least a few images of an aircraft with "-150" painted on the side.

And links would be good.

Unfortunately, Wikipedia is now controlled by a bunch of prima donnas. I fought with them to correct the year of the first flight of the P-39 and finally gave up. While all they could cite was books based on second-hand knowledge, I cited a contemporary New York Times article and a book, based on first-hand information (the actual Wright Field daily log). This wasn't good enough for them.

Isn't the An-124-100M-150 just an avionics upgrade to the An-124-100?

There is supposed to be a capacity upgrade as well: 150t of cargo vs. the 120t for the base -100. Or perhaps that's the proposed upgrade, maybe that's supposed to be called the An-124-150 (instead of An-124-100M-150), or...?

It really is confusing. Which is why I'm asking here...

There are repeated mentions of plans for an upgraded -150 (with the 150t capacity), but again, nothing I can see that actually claims an aircraft with that capacity exists.

Yet the only capacities listed are the standard -100 ones (IOW, 120t):

If it is an avionics, and perhaps other systems, upgrade (perhaps a partial prototype for the increased capacity model?), some documentation to that effect would be good.

The titles only seem to have been applied for the Zhukovsky MAKS air show in 2005.

Timing was probably to match the press release saying VDA would get the -150 in 2008

But, in a later document, deliveries of 40 aircraft would start in 2011

July, 2008 Volga-Dnepr Group confirms its interest in An-124 again by placing an order with the UAC for forty AN-124-100M-150 aircraft for a period of 2011 up to 2027 (20 aircraft until 2020, and 20 until 2027).

Well they kept that quiet. Looking through the photos here, the conversion seems to be a change of engines at the end of 2007, but the model number in the cheatline on the side of the fuselage only seems to have changed by the end of 2008.

And is this a full spec -150? IOW, 150t cargo capacity? And do you have any references?
