Passing Notes

Fri Sep 22, 2000 9:03 am

Have you ever passed notes in class? If so, do you pass notes often? Who do you pass notes to? Someone you like? Have you ever got caught, if so, what were the consequences? I've never passed notes in class, but I'm sure many of you have.

At my school we don't bother with notes, we just yell to the person whatever we want to tell them! I don't think I've seen a note passed since about 7th grade.

I pass them sometimes...but not always! I have never been caught, but my teachers this year wouldn't care...ok with the exception of my french teacher with the poofy hair. If I was caught in her class, I would have to read the note, most likly. I fI had to read it, I would say stuff about why I like Campbells Chicken Noodle Soup.

My mommy doesn't let me pass notes.

If I do I'll get a spanking.

Passing notes is fun, although I haven't done it in a while.

Two people in my biology class have cell phones, and they send eachother messages through their cell phones.

I'm in Grade 12 and nobody passes notes. If we want to say something to someone we just talk to them. The teachers don't care. The only teacher that minds is my French teacher and even then she doesn't mind if it is in French.

Girls pass a lot of notes at my school to one another or to a guy that they like. My friend got a note from this girl and he won't read it to me! I tell him you can trust me! Oh well.....

Me, I don't care too much about notes. I never passed one and never will!

Last year in our World Cultures Class we passed around a piece of paper that had a beginning of a story on it that someone wrote. Everyone who got the piece of paper added a sentence and so on. We haven't started to do that yet this year because we haven't quite figured out our teachers yet.

To explain how much of a dork I was, and still am, in high school... me and my friends in AP Chem used to write notes to each other on our TI-82's and TI-83's. We'd just pass the calculator back and forth during class. Sometimes it pissed off our chem teacher, but it didn't stop us. Even though that was more years ago than I care to think, I still pass notes or talk in class. Sometimes it is just innappropriate to talk in class so I just scrawl down my question on my notepad and show it to my friend. There is nothing immature about passing notes. Just another way to talk.

I haven't passed a note in two years. My geography teacher was out, and he had us watch a movie about the Falkland Islands' War. I and all a few of us did was pass notes.
