OASIS are quite good. (Don't care to much about their personality though.)

hey,
have you ever seen the DMB in concert? let me tell you, they are AWESOME live...the concert i went to in knoxville 2 summers ago was incredible. i was going to go to another concert this past summer but i left new york one day too early...i left new york city on the 10th of july, and they played for 3 straight nights in giants stadium the 11th-13th...my heart dropped when i found out that i missed them :-(.. i think dave is a very talented musician, and i can't wait for the new album to come out.

if you live near atlanta, i might come down next summer for one of their concerts if i can...i have a really good friend down there and she went to the atlanta concert this fall/summer and said it was great...i went to the may 8, 1999 show in knoxville. i love it when they jam on my favorite songs...i.e. lie in our graves...they jammed for about 20 minutes on that song at the concert i went to...very nice...

i meant to say that if there is a concert down there next summer, and if you live in the atlanta area, then we could go for a day of spotting at ATL then hit the concert...it'd be NIIICE!!!!

Word man... i live in tallahassee now, so id probably end up flying up there if we were to do something like that. I'm IFR so i can get an approach slot into ATL. Just pick me up at the FBO-i think its near the cargo ramp. Its a funny sight seeing a Piper Archer (id probably bring the arrow b/c its faster) coming in side-by-side with a 757. That would be cool to work something like that out.

dave matthews is originally from south africa, where he was born in Johannesburg, South Africa, in 1967. bio - dave matthews. He then moved to Charlottesville, Virginia (near where i live!) and formed the band. but yes, dave is from South Africa. He has a very peculiar accent in his voice, I can't exactly describe it.

so, XFSUgimpLB41X, when is the next time you're coming up to ATL?? i'll be down there whenever that dave concert is, hopefully. keep in touch, my email is jderden777@hotmail.com we'll plan on something once spring comes and the tour dates are released.

cheers,
jonathan derden

I like all sorts of music:
80's:
Duran Duran
Tears for Fears
Culture Club
ABBA

Most Britpop is very good:
Travis
Oasis (they're OK, but as Thom@s pointed out, I can't stand the Gallagher Bros)
Robbie Williams

I also love Sarah McLachlan and Dido, who are quasi-folkie, but their music has so much heart to it.
