A) Mass murder of Polish POWs by the Soviet Red Army

Should be: Mass murder of Polish POWs by the NKVD (Soviet Secret Police)

You actually dont have the right answer for #4. Katyn was known to us as Auschwitz where mostly polish jews but also the polish people and russians were murdered. Katyn Forest was right by Auschwitz but there wasent any real killing there, the other place was Katyn which was a village were tons of people were killed by the Soviet Secret Police and the Nazi SS.
