Thu Feb 22, 2001 2:13 am

which is better for the computer;

to shut it off after youre through( everything off).

leave it on( so i can keep seeing the beautiful wallpaper i set from this site)

also does turning the PC on/off too often harm it in any way? and what about the monitor how can i retain the wallpaper without it turning into a screen saver after a while Confused

I always leave it on during the day and shut it off at night. It takes alot of power to fire up a CPU so it's better for it to keep it on rather thatn turing it on and off.
