G W. is the GOP President and he will be up for re-election in 2004. Therefore the GOP will not find another candidate to run against him.
Republicans tend to be more loyal to there leaders more than more progressive parties.
Paul Wellstone is my favorite but he would be percieved as too liberal by the right-wing media and the corporate pigs who control the media.
Hillary Clinton I like because conservatives would have a fit if or when she wins.
Al Gore embarassed himself too much in this last election.
Gray Davis, our closet republican but registered Democratic gov. has a very broad appeal, no enemies and can win in large states and attract moderate GOP voters.
I'll just be happy to see Bush (part II) gone.
