Does he have any chance of succeeding? Just a wild thought.

He can't even manage his own ballclub! (Washington Wizards). Big grin

...but he would be the best player on the team though.  Big thumbs up

Only republicans like to recruit celeberties to run for office.
Democrats prefer more edcucated people that has paid there dues at local offices up to federal offices.

Not to say Michael Jordan is not smart.

I'd still vote for him because he endorsed Bill Bradley and I voted and met Bill Bradley personally.

Very good liberal-minded leader!  Big thumbs up

Well, if the Republicans got Jordan to run for Prez, I would finally vote for a Democrat, no matter who it is.

I believe the current sorry state of the Wizards was not created by MJ himself. He was hired to solve the problem (overpriced underperformers).

Hmmmm... President Jordan. Vice President Erwin "Magic" Johnson. Secretary of State Larry Byrd. Secretary of Defense Charles Barkley. And I am sure he could find jobs for Clyde Drexler, Patrick Ewing, Ishiah Thomas, and Scottie Pippen.

It would be the Dream Team all over again

Michael Jordan run for president? Run where? Surely being an olympic athlete would be enough for him?

We probably will not have a proud African American President.

We may get a token Uncle Tom republican though.  Sad

Hmmm... now who was it that challenged Algore for the Democratic ticket last year?

I agree with KROC... if Jordan was on the Repub ticket, I would vote Dem (well if I didn't vote Constitution or if Hillary wasn't running).

Bradley has more political experience than Dubya and Reagan combined.

Superfly, please do not stereotype African Americans that do not agree with your point of view or your political affiliations as being Uncle Toms. I know and work with many African Americans and all have their own point of view running from liberal to conservative and all positions in between. No crime in having your own point of view. They are entitled to this right of free and independant thought as all Americans are, perhaps even more so due to the long history of injustice shown to them. You might not agree with an opinion of a particular African American, but please be tolerant enough (and your posts show me you are indeed tolerant) to know other people are as sincere as you in their diverse points of view. Also, I wouldn't be at all surprised to see an American of African descent as President within the next few election cycles. I'll go further in saying you might see an African American women as President or VP sooner than you think, someone like perhaps Condaleeza Rice. Believe it or not (this is not directed towards you Superfly) their are millions of African Americans whose expertise, knowledge and ability to make our society a better place to live, that do not make a living from anything sports related.
You're only as good as your last departure.

Bradley has 22 years of political experience. GW Bush has 8 years as Texas governor (and more years before that) and Reagan won the Republican nomination to be the governor of California in 1966.

Cba, I am afraid you are wrong on this one, and maybe next time you can do a little research before opening your mouth, to save you from looking like an idiot.

made a small mistake on my post, and before anyone blasts me on it, I will correct myself.

GW Bush has 6 years as Texas governor, and his political career began in 1978 when he ran for Congress.

So, 22 years for Bush plus 24 (1964-1988) years for Reagan= 58 years. I have always been taught taht 58 was greater than 22 (Bradley's years).

So now Cba, you are even MORE wrong!!!

Dah!!!!!! 22 +24 = 46, I left 58 in there because I was saying that Reagan had 34 years, but he hasnt been political since 1988 to my knowledge.

You need to learn your math and history.

G.W. Bush ran for congress and lost in 1978.
He continued drinking and staying out of the spot light for over 10 years. He got a loan from his daddy to start a businees that failed. That happened several times before he bought the Texas Rangers with his daddy's money. His name recognition got him elected in 1994 in the year that republicans were a little more fashionable.

6 years in elected office for Bush.
Ray-gun 1966-75 Gov. 1981-89 President = 16 years in elected office.

Bill Bradley 1979-97 Senator=18 years

Al Gore 1978-84 US House
1984-92 US Senate
1993-2001 Vice president= 24 years in public service.
Possible 32 years if he runs and gets elected in 2004.

Does it even matter who has more experience? I would rather have a ZERO-experience, level-headed, Constitutional lawmaker that I agree with than some wacko socialist that is trying to fulfil his father's ambitions for him.

RealHigh, once you run for an office, you are essentially in "politics", George W. Bush also helped his father in the '88 presidential campaign. Either way, Reagan has 24 years and Bradley has 22 or 18, whatever you say. You need to learn to read, as Cba said that "Bradley has more political experience than Reagan and Bush combined", where did Al Gore come into this? I proved Cba's statement was a false one and he shouldn't blabber off on something he knows nothing about.

Why do you people get so aggravated about jokes? Who cares whether someone says you will get an Uncle Tom republican, no one else cares so why do you get all defensive.

Relax!

"too much woman"

So I take it you are REALLY good at BELLY dancing!? Have the owners asked you to lose some weight before? I am sure that is not attractive to the male customers...

Hmm...let's do alittle detective work, and piece together all the clues that realHigh has left for us:

When she calls herself a "belly dancer", what she probably means is that when she walks, her belly sways back and forth as though it were dancing. Note that she mentioned that she is "too much" woman.

Any woman that thinks she is "too much" is usually right

As for not looking like Chelsea Clinton....please why equate yourself to her? What did Chelsea ever do?

If a woman says she is a "belly dancer" and "too much woman" in the same self descriptive sentence, chances are she probably looks more like Roseanne Barr.

And to further advance that theory, look at how she talks/types, and her vulgarity (which as it happens, is strikingly similar to the trash that is Roseanne's trademark).

Then factor in her name, "RealHigh", which is what any guy would have to be in order to touch her (real high also probably alludes to her weight as well).

Add it all up, and you have an uglier than sin individual.

Funny!  Laugh out loud

Think what you want to think!
Your Delta friend dragged Chelsea in to this.

But just for your info.

I am 5' 4"
120 lbs.

Nothing close to Roseanne Barr.

Now you have a better description of me so you can continue to masterbate!  Laugh out loud

So hot that you have to spend Friday night on this silly website, as opposed to getting plugged by one of the thousands of guys lining up for you, right?

Geez, why aren't you out belly dancing and sucking the life right out of these guys (and their wallets)?

I am stuck here at work.
What's your excuse?
