Healaka, Maui, Hawai'i, at 10,023 ft (3055m) - I was up there in April 1989. Amazing sight to see - cinder cones galore and you even get to see the Mauna Kea and Mauna Loa on the Big Island, provided that there's not too much cloud in the way.
Sunshine Village Ski Resort, at 8,954 ft (2729m) - This is the highest elevation I've been on in Canada. The resort is located north of Banff, Alberta. While the resort is pretty well in Banff National Park, a small part of it actually extands into BC, right across the Continental Divide. The quad chairlift actually crosses the BC border to the highest peak in the resort!
USAFHummer, Pico del Teide is actually at 12,188 ft, or 3715m.
