5th Typhoon In 2001 On Its Way To Taiwan

Tue Jul 10, 2001 3:54 pm

Now, Taiwan has said good-bye to typhoon "Utor". However, they're saying "hello" to typhoon "Trami".

Taiwan has just issued the 4th typhoon warning of the year.

Typhoon "Trami" (A type of flower in vietnamese language) is about 360km South-east of the southern tip of Taiwan. It is moving at 7km/hr (4mi/hr) NW. Although this typhoon is a "Mini-type", eastern taiwan still needs to get ready to fight this typhoon.

The most really strange and weird thing is that, there's already 5 typhoons in the w. Pacific until now, and 4 of them went to Taiwan.
