I was wondering does a CD-RW drive read a CD-ROM because I was looking at computers and some come with a CD-ROM and a CD-RW drive so I would like to know if it does so I can just get a computer with a CD-RW drive then both.

Yes they do! I suggest that you get a CD-RW/DVD Combo.

Yes they can. But if you have a CD-RW I reccomend not using it for reading all the time. The RW's tend to "burn out" much easier than the regular ones. So I only use it for burning. Plus it's a lot more time consuming to copy a CD if you only have one CD Drive.
