Your Worst Day

Fri Aug 10, 2001 4:23 pm

Well, today would have to have been it!
After waking up this morning it was off to a trip to the barber to get a quick trim before I got my yearbook and student ID photo. Well as luck would have the lady that I really like (to cut my hair) was not there. I figured ah what the hell it's only hair and I had been threw a few barbers before. So I told her to trim it with a number three, in my 8 years of telling the barber what I wanted this just meant shorten the hairs on the top of my head to a about an inch and everything else shorten my sides to a three. Well as luck would have it she thought the whole head was to be cut down to a three, so after taking one big chunk right out of the middle of my head I ended up realizing that there had been a miscommunication error somewhere and I was now going for the crew cut! (which don't get me wrong works for allot of people but for me I'm a spikey top) Well I figured I had always wanted to try one and well I had no choice now so there I was with my number three crew cut. Well after a pretty painless registration (besides not having a full head of hair for photos) I decided the lawn needed to be mowed. Not only did I pick the most hot and humid day in the history of Arizona to mow the lawn I was also in a hurry to get done because of this heat. After almost finishing I forgot we had this white thing sticking up about two feet away from the pool which was supposed to be for a heater system that just never worked out, I run the damn thing over and water starts shooting out of it! Well it wasn't to hard to fix after the water level went down and some parts from the local Home Depot and some unhappy faces with my father. After realizing my day wasn't going as good as I had once hoped for, I figured I mine as well do some indoor activities. So it became my job of trying to organize the closet which had suitcases and blankets just falling out. Well I start working and I throw one suitcase somewhat hard against the wall forgetting that we had boxes of Christmas lights and ornaments above me, well as luck would have it they all decided to come crashing down on me. My friend came over with his brand new mini bike today but seeing as how the last eight hours of my day were pure hell I decided I'd pass seeing as I was probally going to loose control and run into a wall or get hit by a truck.

Anyone else have that day that they just wished would end?

My worst day was when I got my g/f pregnant at 17 and had to tell my parents. Two years later it doesn't seem all that bad.  Smile/happy/getting dizzy

Worst day..... Bet I can beat ALLLLLLLLLLLLLL of you.

It was the day I twisted my nuts. Now yes, this does happen and stop laughing. It happened at school during lunch a few years ago. Well, I was brought to the hospital and they didn't know what was wrong. So they send my to another hospital by ambulance and it took them a few hours to find out what was wrong. The main problem with diagnosing my prob. was that most of the pain was in my lower intestional area, not my nuts. So after going through 100's of tests that day for other things and being on the utmost level of extremely high pain for about 8 hours now, they tell me what the prob. was. However, they say they arn't comfortable doing the surgery there and wanted to send me to another hospital for the required surgery to untwist them. So I arrive at that hospital after the ambulance ride and the doc. gets stuck in traffic on his way there. In the mean while, about 40 people were lined up to poke at my balls to make sure that diagnoses was correct. (They were literally out lined up outside my door). Finally, at 12:30 AM, the doc arrives after my day of hell. This was 14 HOURS after it initially occured and they refused to give me pain medicine all day!!! At 1 AM they litterally sliced open my nutsack to fix the problem. Today I live a normal life and everything is fine with them I am happy to report.  Smile Except the fact that one is a bit larger than normal and the other is a bit smaller than normal. But everything works just fine. Everyone eventually found out about it at school but surprisingly they were pretty cool about it. I didn't get made fun of too much.

Now if you can beat my worst day, I would be VERY impressed.
