Name This Film

Okay, here's another line of dialogue taken from
a 1980's film. The line is:

"One PING!"

Can you name this film?

If it is "The Hunt For Red October", it came out in 1990.

"We shall give this American a wide berth. Let us turn south..."

"Why it reminds me of the heady days of Sputnik and Yuri Gregaryn. When the world trembled at the sound of our rockets. Well they will tremble again, at the sound of our silence."

"I present to you the ballistic miss-ILE submarine Red October. My officers and I wish to ask for asylum in the United States of America."

"Next time Jack write a G**dammned memo!"

"Ryan!...be careful. Most of the things in here don't react well to bullets."

"Hey I think someone just shot a torpedo at us."

"We're going to kill a friend, Vassily. We're going to kill Ramius."

"You've lost ANOTHER submarine?"
