I know how to get all of the "normal" ones like  Smile/happy/getting dizzy  Sad  Laugh out loud  Big thumbs up Big grin, etc...

I have seen other ones like the guy smoking (and the one puking which we don't need to get into...) along with others that are not on the list here. How do you insert them? Is it a site where it is saved and you insert an image, or are they here, but only for those that know of their location?
