Have Somebody Read "Night Over Water"?

Fri Dec 28, 2001 4:37 pm

Good morning,

have somebody read "Night Over Water" from Ken Follet?
The story tells about Pan Am's B-314 and theire passengers.
Thanx in advance

sorry, maybe we misunderstand each other, but please tell me something about. Is it bad or not, your opinion.

Yeah..but it's not real heavy on the technical stuff if that's what your looking for.
Your basic spy novel in a interesting setting.

I read it several years ago and I remember enjoying it. It was definitely not as intriguing as some of his other novels, like "The Key to Rebecca" and "Tripple" to name only two. However, if you're interested in aviation as well as the WWII time period, you will definitely enjoy the book.

Yes, I read it. I'm a huge Ken Follett fan.

The actual flight only occupies a portion of the flight but it describes in detail what a pre WW2 TA flight must have been like.

As Jetsetter said, also read "Triple" by KF. "The Third Twin" is also good.

I dumped at the gybe mark in strong winds when I looked up at a Porter Q400 on finals. Can't stop spotting.
