So, what are your opinions about high school and/or college cheerleaders?

The college ones are a bit maturer but the HS are dumb! Does Reese Withserspoon ring a bell. They also have Stephanie Macmahon's persoanlity.

eh, we don't have any good looking chearleaders at my high school. The majority of them are black but as a marching band member, we and the cheerleaders do play the same roles at football games like starting a wave or they dance while we play. They are very spiritual bunch of girls and guys.

Whats wrong with black cheerleaders?

Maybe I'm misinterpretting your post, but are black cheerleaders a bad thing? I think a little variety in the squad is a good thing.

At my high school, 90% of our cheerleaders are actually pretty good looking. We have one black cheerleader and man is she hot! We once had a guy (this was my sophomore year - two years ago) as a cheerleader and he's the same guy that, when I was in 8th grade, was the only guy on the Lacrosse team! Something's wrong here...

As a lacrosse player, I know it requires10 players(including the goalie) to be on the field unless there is a penalty.

I guess he was at an extreme disadvantage  Nuts

We don't have cheerleader @ Texas A&M. We have Yell Leaders. The useless A&M Administration is trying to force cheerleaders on the student body but they can only push us so far. We're starting to think they want to do away with every tradition TAMU has.

They are very stupid.
Our football team was so sick of them that at half time of one game the linemen took each cheerleader and brought them inside, and came back out.
They are usualy very stupid stuck up bitches who have a 1.02 GPA.

The hottest cheerleader at my school also happens to be the biggest overachiever. My school is definitely reverse-engineered.

There is something I have noticed about you, Goodbye. You can't see humor when it is staring you in the bloody face. Nice one on the "stolen identities" thread, by the way...  Insane

What I hate is the stereotype that all cheerleaders are sluts. Not true. My g/f is a cheerleader and she is no slut.

Some cheerleaders are slutty, but then again, some are not.

Lets clarify something about cheerleaders...
1. You have to give them credit for having the guts to let their friend launch them 50 feet in the air. I don't know about all you, but at my HS, your cheerleaders can really 'fly' so to speak.

2. Cheerleading IS NOT a sport. It is a hobby. Granted you have to train pretty hard to do it, but it is no sport. Hobby.

I just have one question though... why is it after they do a cheer they do their little hopping around, and they all clap for themselves. Like they are so proud they did it without messing up... maybe you can enlighten us as to why USAIR1489.

Alot of my friends are/where in the cheerleading squad; they where all smart, and generally very plesant young ladies. I dated a couple of them and can assure you it takes far moer time and dedication then many give them credit for.

I'm no expert on cheerleading but I would have to say it has to do with team spirit.

Murf,

I am not being against them but we do have them and they're a bunch of spiritual young ladies. I do know a few girls that are in the sqaud.

We have some good looking cheerleaders in the freshman or JV squad

What's wrong with you guys?
Quit trying to analyze these cheerleaders. You should be trying to well never mind .
A lot of you guys who saying they aren't smart don't seem too intelligent yourselves.
