Those Of You In New Zealand... Help!

Tue Feb 12, 2002 7:06 am

I'm planning a trip to go to Sydney from Los Angeles in August of 2002 and I'm thinking about going Sydney to Auckland while I'm there.

I was wondering what there is to do in Auckland for 3-4 days, because I know little about it. Also, what kind of airfare could I get on Air NZ from SYD - AKL?

Thanks!

There is lots to do in AKL you can take day trips to islands out in the gulf, take a drive out into the country there are some beautiful sights can't really think of more although there is heaps to do.
I'm not sure on airfares at the moment.

$529 on NZ currently, or you could consider the star alliance partner TG on the same route for slightly cheaper...

AKL has
- Islands to explore
-Kiwi Culture to learn about
-take day trips to Waitomo caves/Rotorua Thermal wonderland of the world.

You could bungee jump off the Sky Tower (328 metres)!  Smile
