Return To Castle Wolfenstein

Tue Feb 19, 2002 10:59 am

I'm not sure how many of you play or have played this game, but I am stuck.

I think it is Mission 3, where you have to get into the compound, jump onto the supply truck, and head off to the rocket base. All the while, avoiding getting detected and not letting them sound the alarm.

One of the mission objectives is to recover the "M1Os Snooper Rifle" which has been airlifted into the area. I have completed all objectives for the mission but this, and I cannot find the rifle. I have looked everywhere, time and again, and cannot find the rifle.

Any advice?

It's in a drop off by the abandoned house with the record player in it. Go out side the house and over the hill you will see a tent thing with some nazis in it kill them and move past the tent you will see a parachute that has landed with some supplys in it that is where the sniper rifle is. Get Medal of Honor it is a much better game

Toadpipe:

There are two abandoned houses. If I recall right, the second one is the one with the record player (the one with the tower near by with the guy that tries to shoot you). Where is the tent from there?

I have found one parachute that landed..across the frozen lake, and there is a 9mm pistol, and two health packs. Still can't find the second parachute that has the sniper.

If I remember correctly it is pretty close to the camp you have to infiltrate. I played the game twice, becuase it is short, so I'm pretty sure that is where it is at.

Quicksave a LOT! Once you find the rifle (near the machine-gun nest) you'll find that all the Nazis have friggin' eagle eyes.
