There are a tons more that came from the early - mid 90's!

Jane's Addiction started in the 80s.

I can't think of anything good from the 90s.
The best would be the 70s.

Historians and social commentators might very well look back on the '90s as having been more of a 'slum of a decade' than the '70s. (At least the '70s appeared to be a decade when it was okay, even good, to have fun. The '90s were just mean-spirited.)

'90s music reflected the rest of the decade. Can't say I miss either.
