10-Q all, I am going to the Prescott campus, it is closer.
Unfortunately, they get about as much rain as we have so far...guess I'll get used to it. (I love the rain, I'll be pissed if San Diego suddenly starts drenching after I go.
My bro thought it would be better to use those "AAdvantage miles" cards on the Kelloggs boxes to get there, since it is going to be a one way trip. As of financial aid, yes, I sign on for FAFSA back in March, and hopefully I will get a scholarship from either ERAU or somewhere.
My mom gets barely like 22.5k a year, and since my brother just got accepted to Berkeley, as you can see, there is going to be a serious strain on the money issue. Luckily my brother is super smart,
, so he may get off easier than I will.
In terms of what to take or to do, I was wondering about eating: Is it some kind of buffet or a "mess hall"? What about the laundry service: Does some maid come around like in a hotel or do you have to put coins in machines? How about transportaion: Is the public transporation affordable or could I walk from the dorms to class? (Here, it costs about 2 bucks for a single ride on a bus, plus the cost of gas is averaging @ $1.80 right now) How about housing: Do we have to have roomates, is it cheaper with more folks, does boarding come on a first-come-first-serve basis, how about everybody's attitude when it gets all muggy-hot out in the Arizona summer?
Maybe I should be asking some of these questions to the counselors...
The meaning of life is curiosity; we were put on this planet to explore opportunities.
