Rockband Queen In AMS Today!

Wed May 01, 2002 7:16 am

Hi folks!

Queensday in AMS was great! Some bad weather but still really great! As a surpise act the UK rockband Queen showed up (Roger Taylor & Brian May)! That was a major surprise! It was very COOL! Only the sound from the stage controlled by MTV/TMF was bad.

What do you think about Queen? I think it was one of the best rock group ever in history!

Cheers,

Freddie Mercury, Versace and the Queen Mum are standing at the Pearly Gates and St Peter tells them there's only one place left in heaven. Freddie offers to teach everyone to sing and make heaven a happier place. Versace offers to design clothes for everyone and make heaven more stylish. The Queen Mum performs a one-woman enema with a bottle of Evian and tells them all: a royal flush beats a pair of queens.

I have most Queen albums.
My favorite two are 'A Night At the Opera' and 'A Day At the Races'.
'Innuendo' was a good LP also. Wasn't to crazy about The Miracle and A Kind of Magic.
They are definatly legends.

Long live Queen!

BTW, I really like the poster that comes with the 'Jazz' LP.  Smile

My favorite album in the world is A Night at the Opera. Start to finish an artistic masterpiece. I'm not sure what inspired Brian May on that one but his songs on it are amazing! The Prophet's Song and '39 are stunning. I love the older stuff more than the newer.
