Roses

Thu May 30, 2002 9:41 pm

We have had a mild winter, a cool damp spring, and now my roses are blooming like crazy. I am bringing them in to work to share with the women I work with. Especially those ladies who end up doing all the mundane things that have to be done, but that aren't much fun. This is a nice way way of saying that their efforts are appreciated. If any of you have the opportunity, you might do the same thing. After all, they are pretty in the garden, but it nice to share them with someone while they are still beautiful and fragrant.
Have a great day everyone!

The preceeding was a public service announcement from your friends at Our Lady of the Blessed Thorn.

Can't see that happening at our workplace. Insane Nice gesture! I have started growing minature roses as a hobby.

I wish I could get mine to do something, they are looking pretty thin and brancy.
