"Jaws" fromthe James Bond movies. I don't know the name of the movie but when that little tiny woman with the braces met him, That was classic.

Jack Nicholson in 'The Shining' -- that movie terrified me as a youngster. Anthony Perkins as Norman Bates in 'Psycho' is, of course, a classic.

Alan Arkin gets an honourable mention as Roat in 'Wait Until Dark'.

Hannibal Lectur , hands down , come on , the guy is an evil genius! And he is just so incredibly creepy.
I think Elijah from Unbreakable should get an honourable mention , that guy is was indeed a supervillian.
