Music Trivia *drum Roll Please*

Thu Aug 15, 2002 3:59 pm

Well, its been a while since we've seen one of these, so here goes  Smile

1. "Everybody's waiting for the messiah, the Jews are waiting, Christians are waiting, also the Muslims..."

2. "I want to run, I want to feel high, I want to tear down the walls that hold me inside..."

3. "My mouth is dry, my face is numb..."

4. "Make my heart come all undone, do you love me, do you...."

5. "Sweet you rock and sweet you roll, lost for you I'm so lost for you..."

6. "I would like to reach out my hand, I may see you, I may tell you to run..."

7. "And though my love is great, though my love is true..."

8. "I had a keeper, he helped me warn the ships at sea, we had eachother, telling shoreman everything to be..."

9. "Laughing on the bus, playing games with the faces, she said the man in the gabardine suit was a spy, I said be careful his bow tie is really a camera..."

10. "Don't you draw the queen of diamonds boy, she'll beat if she's able, the queen of hearts is always your best bet..."

Enjoy  Smile

I agree w/Lapper, also one of the best music videos ever and U2's best. The improptu rooftop video is excellent to say the least. I don't know the others but number 10 is one of the 80's bands but I think the title is "Maneater".

So far, #2, #3, and #10 are correct, perhaps these were too hard.

Hey Tbar220!
Great to have you back in the forums.
We are in need of civility here.
It got real ugly while you were gone!

Much appreciated Superfly  Smile Especially that little gift in my email box today...

I was gone all summer working in Wisconsin, no internet access, although to be honest with you, I didn't miss these forums too much. But its good to be back.

All that's left is #7 folks, all the others are right.
