I'll try not to waste time here...
problem: after a system lock-up and a re-boot, now everytime I go to dial up with the modem the infamous blue-screen of death comes up, y'know "A fatal exception has occurred at..." I rechecked the drivers and re-booted but the problem is still coming up. Had been connected to Kazaa previous but not doing anything, had just logged on.
Any suggestions? At least a starting place? Finally, is there a site (Microsoft...) where the fault causes are listed so I can track it down and hopefully fix the problem.
