Phantom Airline Man

Wed Sep 18, 2002 4:31 am

I can't say I haven't been inspired here the last few months. Inspired me enough to contemplate a new career as a song-writer. My latest installment is titled "Phantom Airline Man" and is based by some of the exploits on this fourm. So, without further ado...

Phantom Airline Man

There's a man who leads a life of falsehoods
His sole intention is to rock the neighborhood
Every post he makes, a flame war partakes
Odds are he will post the same tomorrow

Phantom airline man, phantom airline man
They've given you the freedom and you always act insane

He claims to start an airline from his behind
His true intentions are to fool the blind
While his credibility lacks
Hepkat’s always got his back
Odds are he will post the same tomorrow

Phantom airline man, phantom airline man
They've given you the freedom and you always act insane

------ lead guitar ------

Phantom airline man, phantom airline man
They've given you the freedom and you always act insane

Lyin’ on the a-net forums one day
You’re always causing others much dismay
Oh no, you fool the stupid few
But to me you’re just a stool
Odds are you will post the same tomorrow

Phantom airline man, phantom airline man
They've given you the freedom and you always act insane

Phantom Airline Man

(let me know if you can hear the midi!!)

What are you trying to do again?
The meaning of life is curiosity; we were put on this planet to explore opportunities.

Give this guy a break! He tried.
Its better to be on the ground wishing you were in the air than be in the air wishing you were on the ground. Fly safe!

Its a crackback on SAS23 and all his phony airline startup stories. Dude is as fake as Michael Jackson's face.

Rai. I would like to buy the rights to this song, and make it my airlines theme song.

I am humbled that you have chosen to honour me in this way, Rai. One or two minor changes to the lyrics, a decent score and the right singer and you'll have a gold disk, my son!  Big grin

I'm glad you like it! It didn't get such a good reaction before. I had two midis, but they didn't work and the mods deleted one of them (at my request because they were drowning eachother out). I'm working on getting a good midi and posting it on this thread.
