The British police is likely going to remove the cross from their insignia because it is supposedly offensive to Muslims.

There are every year people wanting to ban our traditional StNicholas festivities. The saint in our tradition has black servants (who are always very cheery so obviously treated well
) which they consider discrimination and stereotyping of minorities.
Muslim girls are allowed to cover their heads in sports class where non-muslim girls are not (because the headdress might get caught in things which could be dangerous).
For years many government agencies here would hire only minorities UNLESS there were no minority applicants for the position. If there were minority applicants they would be hired over ethnic Dutch people even if they didn't meet the requirements for the job.
There appears to be a system in justice where white people are punished more severely for the same crime. Last year in the same court 2 murderers were sentenced, one white and one black. The white man got 7 years in prison, the black man got 2 years for an almost identical crime.
Unemployment agencies will take race and sex into account when offering people training courses for reschooling. non-whites and females get preferential treatment (even over white males who have been unemployed for a far longer time).
Here we call it 'positive discrimination', which is an obvious falsehood to anyone with any common sense.
What the people involved don't see (or don't want to see) is that this creates strong sentiments or resentment towards the groups they're trying to help.
