Operation "Silent Night"

Wed Dec 18, 2002 12:13 pm

New York City Major Bloomberg has some moxie!

Apparently he has some plan to cut down the amount of noise that occurs in NY city. I just heard about it on the local news.

What do you guys think about that?

A quieter NYC? Is it feasible?

Or are we trying to water down the flavor that calls itself New York??
