The 25th Hour.

Fri Jan 17, 2003 5:27 am

I saw this movie last night and was disappointed. Edward Norton is great as usual, but the movie itself, I don't know. Spike Lee bludgeons the audience over the head with his social commentary so much that it take over the story.
There were constant 9/11 images and Ground Zero shots, and a long rant about the various ethnic groups in New York, and they had nothing whatsoever to do with the story! Reviews, anyone?
