W.O.A (Wacken Open-air) Metal Festival 2003.

Is anyone here going? I know Dufo is (Are you???), but is there anyone else who is going or contemplating going? The list of bands so far:

I am sure there will be more confirmed soon... At the moment it looks like its going to be great. Lots of food and beer as well, and it is said that Wacken has the best atmosphere of anywhere. There will also be a Wacken soccer tournement as well, I'm looking forward to that.

I can't wait!!

So is anyone else going?

I think thats a pretty nice line up... shame someone like Annihilator or Testament aren't there.  Sad

I'D LOVE to go. The European open-air festivals have always been high on my "to do" list. Oh well, at least I go see Napalm Death in 48hrs.......they are still the best!

isnt Children of Bodom playing this?

i would like to see In Flames, Blind Guardian, and Bodom.

Iron Maiden would be a real headliner!

IRON MAIDEN ROCKS!!!!
I have seen SLAYER several times here in the states and they are pretty intense.
