What Is Your Favourite Sticky Tape?

Sun Apr 06, 2003 2:53 am

Guys,

Favourite sticky tape?

I go for only the *Scotch* Magic Tape.

It's see through and clings to anything but can be removed from most stuff without marks or mess.

And You?

Dare I say "Durex"?

Don't talk to me about "Magic Tape"! The bloody kids have used up my roll just when I wanted it to stick some plans of the Airbus A340-600 together!

Scotch magic tape is the only stuff that sticks to anything and is also removable from hard surfaces.

*I know a chick who uses it to remove makeup*

Duct Tape. It, along with WD40 can fix anything....

If It moves and it shouldn't, use the duct tape.
If it doesn't move and it should, use the WD40.

Do you think?

WD40 is good stuff though..

Spray that stuff into your cars innards and your set.

*no rust*

Yeah you're right. Shell's approach is more "Dutch" - why fix something properly when you can stick some kid's finger in it!

I thought scotch tape was the only thing that was real tape, is there any other.
TSV, glad you got some tape to put your plans together but with the amount of posting you have been doing I surprised you got out of the house.  Laugh out loud

Most of that was last night toing and froing when mb was posting after his party and when I stayed up after getting saturated covering up Number One Daughter's Guinea Pigs and while I was waiting for the tape and avoiding mowing the "lawn"/ jungle. The newsagent's in this s**t hole is only open from 17.00 - 19.00 on a Sunday so that allows some time for posting too.
