The US military is starting to distribute playing cards printed with the faces of the top members of the Iraqi leadership it wishes to capture. Distributing playing card is not unusual. Somewhere I have some that where made for identifying tanks and aircraft.
But anyway this is how the house of cards breaks down in regards to Saddams regime.
