Yes! The movie "Orange County" ...That story is basically about me, except replace Orange count with the south and make me not quite as wealthy...I even kind of look like colin hanks which scared me even more. *Shivers*
"There's Something About Mary" was pretty freaky for me.
a) I was in Providence,RI...and most of the film's opening was there as well.
b) I had a thing for this woman living in south florida...just like in the movie.
c) And her name was Mary...just like in the movie.
d) The overall theme of the movie was basically the same as my life at the time...I wanted to see her so badly...but unlike the movie, I never met up with her.
Not really too much of a coincedence I guess but it felt like one to me...everytime I see that film I think about her....weird.
THE BIRDCAGE...one of the FUNNIEST films EVER made! I can watch that movie over and over again...brilliant acting by everyone really, but you just gotta love Nathan Lane and Gene Hackman lol. And what can you say about Robin Williams...he's a legend!
Birdcage is easily one of my all time fav's....everytime I hear the "We Are Family" song on the radio I just start laughing thinking about that movie.
For those of you who haven't seen it, see it...it's great!
Not a movie, but the American version of Queer As Folk is what my life used to be. I was Michael (Hal Sparks *sigh*). Watching that was really rough for me since there was other stuff going in my life. Really long story. I could barely make it through the first season.
