Yesterday Upon The Stair...

Mon Apr 28, 2003 5:07 am

"Yesterday upon the stair I met a man who wasn't there. He wasn't there again today. I wish that man would go away."

Hmmm... Can anyone think of something that would fit this description?

This poem is in the movie "Identity" ( a great movie by the way) and a character says he made it up, However, I've heard it before. Does anyone know where from?

It's scrawled on about a million bathroom walls apparently.....
It's written by Hughes Mearns
You can research the rest on your own...

Okay, someone saw Identity this weekend. Could it be schizoprenia, perhaps?
