No not that flash place. This was a real dump I never told others I went to !!!
Head toward Union str. from the safeway and it is the last pub on the right before the big intersection where the Lemon Tree is/was.

I used to live on Constitution str. next to the B and Q.

And even though it was only a few groups of them, I dont like American Tourists. They always seem to say something stupid. I even heard yin of their tour groups say that Edinburgh Castle was boring  Wow!  Wow!
Another lot said that the next place in ENGLAND they'd visit is Glasgow  Wow!  Wow!

The M8 from Edinburgh to Glasgow and, since there doesn't seem to be any opposition here, Rangers.

Andreas: I won't hear a bad word spoken about a guy who spent his career at BMG - Booooooooooooooooorussia! Have they been relegated yet?! (OK, I've heard a lot of bad words about people who've spent their entire career at BMG.)

Or tiny remote airports like Prestwick.

I also like McCowans Highland Toffee, that pizza place in Queensferry Street in Edinburgh (Bar Roma I think), the Waverley Paddle Steamer - that is REALLY brilliant - and Bill McLaren - wish he'd still done the rugby commentary.

And Carol Smillie in tight jeans - she ROCKS BABY! .

Actually we don't hold his career at Gladbach against him (BMG...funny abbreviation, I had to think twice what the hell you're talking about Big grin), more his behaviour when he took over the German national team. That was extremely unfunny, though I have to say, he was the coach that kicked England's ass in the 1996 European championships, now that was cool Big grin Big grin Big grin

Yep, the Scots are on a cricket roll...they are now 2nd in Division 2. (As a Lancastrian, all I can say is "hurray" and hope they keep winning as we were the 1st team they beat in an English competition, back in 1986, so I want as many "professional" teams as possible to be defeated).

WiLdman

Everybody goes to the Castle. And the Royal Mile. And there's loads of history and cuty bus tours and stuff - and the airport is quite good for airliner photography if you're into it.

Byt the place is FULL of brilliant pubs and clubs and ther'es loads of festivals on all year, with the BIGGIE, the Edinburgh Festival and the Fringe, in August.

Have a look at

http://www.edinburgh.org/

Enjoy and Failte
