Most nationalities of tourists can enter Slovenia without a visa, for up to 90 days.

You could try asking the Slovenian foreign ministry:
http://www.gov.si/mzz/eng/

Or the tourist board:
http://www.slovenia-tourism.si/

If you do need a visa, trying to get it on arrival is usually a Bad Idea unless you're more familiar with the country / paperwork / requirements. However, it's unlikely that you'll travel directly from Tunisia to Slovenia, so if you really need to visit a consulate in person, you can do it en route - presumably in Italy?

Nationals of Tunisia do need a Visa in order to enter Slovenia and Croatia:

-------------------------
National TUNISIA (TN)
Destination SLOVENIA (SI)
ALSO CHECK DESTINATION INFORMATION BELOW

SLOVENIA (SI)
-Passport (must be valid for at least the period of intended
stay) required.
-Visa required.

Visitor must hold:
- all documents required for next destination; and
- sufficient funds (adults at least SIT 15.000./EUR 70.- and
minors under 18 years of age at least SIT 7.500.-/EUR 35.- or
equivalent in any hard currency per day of stay).

Non-compliance with entry regulations (incl. forged documents)
will result in fines for carrier between SIT 200,000.- and SIT
1,000,000.- (equivalent of EUR 900.- up to EUR 4,500.-) per
passenger. Deportation or indefinite delay (detention costs)
for passenger at point of entry are at carrier's expense.

-------------------------
National TUNISIA (TN)
Destination CROATIA (HR)
ALSO CHECK DESTINATION INFORMATION BELOW

CROATIA (HR)
-Passport (must be valid for period of intended stay) required.
-Visa required.

Visitor must hold:
- return/onward ticket; and
- all documents required for next destination; and
- sufficient funds (at least EUR 102.- or equivalent per day of
stay).

Minors:
- if minor is travelling without their own travel documents,
the accompanying adult must travel with passport, identity
cards will not be accepted;
- being under 14 years and travelling alone, must hold an
official permission from parents.

Non-compliance with entry regulations may result in deportation
of passenger and fines for transporting airline.
-------------------------

If you want to get a visa to visit Slovenia and Croatia, you need to go to the nearest embassy of each country wich, as said before, should be in Italy, so you better plan your trip with a stop in mind. Also check how long does it take to process a Visa, and contact the embassy to see if you can mail your passport to get the Visa and get it back before you travel.

Not much more I can add here, as both Bobrayner and Rojo provided good information, and I have no first-hand experience with visas for Slovenia (they aren't required for many countries). You may want to check out this general visa info page:

http://www.sigov.si/mzz/ang/useful_info/visa_info.html

BTW, if you need any help picking out interesting destinations in beautiful Slovenia, start a thread on that subject, and I (and others I'm sure) will give you some advice!
