You should have seen them at Roskilde - they pretty much set the standard for the rest of the festival. You can download a recording of the concert, which was transmissed live on radio,I have the URL, but I'm not sure if it's ok to post it (Mods?).
- Good pictures, just look at the amount of people! In the daytime overview shot (the one w/o any lights coming from the stage), it's worth noting that it was taken at least 2½ hours prior to the concert starting! Another band (the Stage opener who, in the true tradition of Roskilde Festival, is a small & relatively new band) had finished at around 19.30 and shortly after that, people were let into the front area (the 2x2 boxes right at the front).
The set, which lasted for around 2 hours, was something like this:
Master Of Puppets
Harvester Of Sorrow
For Whom The Bell Tolls
Sad But True
Seek & Destroy
Time To Die
Nothing Else Matters
It's worth noting that the seemed to have "forgotten" about the Load & Reload albums and jsut went all old-school (aside from the 2 from St. Anger - but you should have heard the crowds appreciation of them!)
