How Do You Add A Picture To A Post?

Ok, would somebody PLEASE tell me how to do this!?

I see others adding pictures of their car, pets, themselves etc.
Do you have to have the pics already up on the web somewhere or can you just take them off your "my photos" section of your computer?
I believe I can fly.....

The code is:

Replace ( and ) with < and > and this is what you get:

SSTjumbo, seems like you forgot closing "< /marquee"! Look at the source code!
