But I have been busting through my plateaus lately
On incline I got 315 2x's, on Bench I got 325 2x's, on Shrugs, I got 700 8x's. (I will be going to 1,000 soon) and on leg press I got 1,000 2x2. Next month I am going for 1200 4 times.
Well that's the thing about plateaus, they're frustrating, but they don't last forever. You get through them, eventually.
Pretty impressive amounts on shrugs. You're using lifting straps, I presume?
