Yeah, I caught it. They made the bar at the bottom of the screen black & added some new information that they didn't have before. Also, they have the current temperature in a box on the bar all the time, so you don't have to stand for 3 minutes to see it cycle around....pretty nice when you wake up & need to know whether or not to wear a T-shirt.

I noticed it, but I don't like the WC anymore, they are quite inaccurate.

They need to get some better looking women, instead of putting meterology dork in front of the camera. Let the meterologists do the forecasting in the back and then let the talent deliver them.

i only go to the weather channel for the weekend outlooks; online, we dont have a tv. i go to the national weather service's website for current or within the hour stuff by interpolating their radar maps in motion, i like it cuz you can zoom in.

one of the reasons i watched the weather channel at hom was to see the tropical updates and get a glance at the beautiful (yet married) Kristina Abernathy.  Love

Look for a previous topic called "The Fertile Women of the Weather Channel."

Back then the joke was Dr. John Hope, but since he passed away, someone else must have been provoking these women into having so many kids.

Soon they'll have to open TWC Day Care in the lobby of the WC studios.

Here's "The Fertile Women of the Weather Channel"- http://www.airliners.net/discussions/non_aviation/read.main/284381/6/

When'd John Hope die? I missed that, although you could say it was coming.

The new look is Sharon Resultan not being pregnant!

Actually, this weekend I saw that the weathercaster on CNN was pregnant as well. Must be in the water.

Seriously, I had not noticed the changes.

Now let's see. You're telling me that an F-5 tornado is only minutes from my house, but you know what, I'm not listening to you cause YOU'RE NOT HOT!

Hey 727, think about this, where exactly did I say I did not like the WC because of their looks? I don't go there because they are consistantly wrong in the forecasts. Like WAY OFF
If there is F5 tornado near my house, I am not watching the WC, I am seeking shelter, listening to the radio or watch LOCAL news.

Yes I understand that, but on more than 10 occasions, I look at the weather and it says "sunny" 5% chance of rain, I look outside, even step outside and can tell from the types of clouds and humidty that it is going to rain. On more than one occassion it was actually raining and it says 0% chance of rain.
I go to http://www.wunderground.com it is more accurate.

I'm going to Orlando later this week and weather will DEFINATELY be a factor in my plans. I'll use UNDERGROUND and see how it works.  Smile/happy/getting dizzy

I've been watching TWC for many years and if you noticed within the past month also, they have a few new forecasters; Eboni Deon, Stephanie Adams (or Abrams)?, and another new face I notice during evening addition.
