New York Public Intoxication Laws For Minors?

Fri Oct 17, 2003 12:00 pm

Hey guys,
Does New York State have public intoxication laws for minors? If they do, what are the penalties for this "crime". I can't seem to find it online.

Thanks,

Minors are not allowed to be intoxicated ANYWHERE.

No one is allowed to drink in public, regardless of age.

Penalties are usually a summons to appear in court, which would result in a small fine or probation.
