Terror Alerts And Defcon

Fri Dec 26, 2003 3:43 pm

Will the fluctuating levels of terror alerts in any way relate to the DEFCON procedures? Or are they completely seperate entities between themselves?

Do they still even use the Defcon scale, or was it done away with in the cold war.

BTW, I have taken the liberty of rewriting the terror scale to be more inline with realities.

Red is now Cherry.
Orange is still Orange
Yellow is now Banana
Green is Apple
and Blue is Blueberry.

An I dedicate the rewrite to the fruitloops at the Department of Homeland Security and the Thousands Standing Around who came up with the idea and believe that it will be a "Lifesaver".

Any info I could dig up looks like they still use DEFCON. Then again I Googled but I find it to be mostly reliable information.

L-188 Nice flavors.
