Six Degrees

Tue Dec 30, 2003 1:02 pm

Does anyone else here remember the 6 degrees of separation web site? It was taken down quite a while ago, but the gist of it was to provide a way to prove everyone on earth is connected to each other by typically no more than six degrees of separation.

You could try finding the URL and putting it in http://www.archive.org/.

There was a programme here about the 6 degrees thing a few months ago, they got this woman from the UK to do it, and she ended up in Mongolia, but it was 7 degrees of separation, not 6.
